The service

Support and privacy contact information is provided on Contact. The service is a photo-led party video and general image/video workspace.

Eligibility and account access

You must be at least 18 and have capacity to agree to these terms under applicable law. Keep account details accurate and protect the Google account used to sign in. If acting for someone else or a business, you must have authority to do so.

You are responsible for activity you authorize. Do not share access to bypass eligibility or usage restrictions. Report suspected unauthorized access through Contact. We may restrict access while investigating security, payment or abuse concerns.

Your inputs and permission to process them

You retain whatever rights you already hold in your photos and other inputs. You must have the rights needed to upload, process and use them, including the depicted person's permission where required. Possessing a photo is not necessarily permission to animate a likeness or suggest an endorsement.

By submitting material, you authorize processing, transmission to the disclosed service providers, storage and presentation needed to perform the requested task, return results and support that task. This permission does not transfer ownership or give blanket permission to advertise with your likeness. Photo selection in the active generator uploads the file before the Generate action.

The acceptable-use and photo-consent rules form part of these conditions. Do not submit sensitive documents or material you are not entitled to use.

AI output and your use of it

Output can contain altered identities, distorted bodies, unexpected people, inaccurate movement or audio, and other artifacts. We do not guarantee exact likeness, choreography, uniqueness, copyright protection or suitability for a particular purpose.

Review the entire clip before publishing. Do not present synthetic footage as evidence of real actions. Your rights to use a result depend on the inputs, references and audio, provider terms and applicable law. No blanket commercial licence is promised. Obtain any additional permissions required for music or material you add.

Prices, credits and refunds

Plans are monthly recurring subscriptions. The selected plan on Pricing states its price and credit allocation; applicable taxes are added at checkout. Each successful payment grants credits for that billing period. Unused credits expire at the end of the period and do not roll over. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Remaining credits retain their existing expiry after cancellation. Review each task’s credit requirement before generating. No subscription is created by visiting this site.

Technical failure, credit restoration and a card refund are separate matters. Our Refund Policy describes task-failure and payment-support handling. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Availability and saved results

The service can change or be interrupted. A queued task is not a guarantee of a delivery deadline. Download results you need; history and storage are not guaranteed permanent archives. We may restrict access or remove material to address abuse, security incidents, rights complaints or legal obligations.

Contact support if you believe an account restriction is mistaken. A suspension does not itself delete records or decide whether a legal remedy is due.

Complaints and changes

Include the account, task or order reference when raising an issue. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Mandatory protections that apply to you remain unaffected.

Material changes should be disclosed before they apply to new tasks or purchases. Later edits do not remove existing legal rights. See the Privacy Policy for processing information.
