Scope and privacy contact

This notice covers accounts, uploaded material and AI tasks on Burning Bridges AI Video. Email privacy@burningbridgesaivideo.org for privacy questions or requests. From a selected photo to a generated result

In the active signed-in generator, selecting a photo uploads it to Cloudflare R2 so the processing service can retrieve it. Selection does not itself start a paid task. Removing a thumbnail clears the form selection; it does not establish that the stored object has been erased.

When you submit, your photo inputs and the selected scene reference are sent to our AI processing provider to generate your video.

Persistent media URLs may be accessible to anyone who obtains the link, without signing in. An account-only task history is not the same as access-controlled media. Do not upload confidential documents or assume that a media link is private.

Records the application uses

Google sign-in provides account details such as your name, email address and profile image. The application keeps account and session records to manage access. Task records can include input and output references, instructions, provider task identifiers, status, errors, timestamps and credit adjustments.

Payment records contain the purchased item, amount, currency, status and processor references. Support messages contain the details you choose to share. Technical logs and operational events may include browser and network information, request errors and actions such as starting a task or opening a download.

Purposes and service providers

These records support login, requested generation, file delivery, saved history, credit accounting, payment reconciliation, error investigation, support and abuse prevention. Records may also be needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Cloudflare hosts the service and stores account information and media. Google provides sign-in. Stripe provides hosted checkout and payment processing; card details entered on its checkout are handled there rather than in a card form hosted by this application. The application receives transaction information needed to reconcile the order.

KIE provides AI video processing and receives the photos and scene references needed for your request. Uploaded photos and completed videos are stored using Cloudflare R2. Review the providers' notices: Cloudflare, Google, Stripe, and KIE. We do not promise immediate deletion by every provider or exclusion of all model-improvement uses.

Cookies and measurement

Authentication uses cookies. Browser storage can retain interface preferences and recovery state. The application includes first-party visitor attribution and conversion/task-experience events to understand whether signup, payment and generation work. Details appear in our Cookies notice.

Clearing browser storage can sign you out but does not delete server-side account, task, order or media records. Signing out is not a deletion request.

Storage and retention

Account, task, order and credit records use the configured database; uploaded and generated files use the configured storage service. Providers operate internationally, so data may be processed outside your country. We do not promise a specific residency region or end-to-end encryption.

Records and media support account access and saved results until removed through an operational process. There is no promised fixed automatic deletion period or permanent archival guarantee. Download files you want to retain. Deletion requests require review across database records, stored objects and relevant provider records, subject to accounting, legal and security needs.

Requests and concerns

Use Contact to request access, correction or deletion, or report a likeness concern. Identify the affected account, task or media link without sending passwords. We may verify your authority before disclosing or changing records. Hiding an item from history does not prove every copy has been erased.

Rights and complaint options depend on applicable law; nothing in this notice limits mandatory rights. The service is intended for adults. Avoid sensitive inputs and follow the acceptable-use rules.

Changes

This notice will be revised when processing, storage or the service changes. Review the updated date and the disclosure at the point of collection before submitting new material.
