Acceptable use and photo permissions

Permission and adults

Use this service only if you are at least 18. Images of real subjects must depict adults. Upload material you own or have the necessary rights to process, and obtain consent where the transformation or intended use requires it. A publicly visible photo is not automatically unrestricted material.

Synthetic portrayals

Label AI-generated portrayals clearly. Do not pass a generated performance off as a real recording or imply a person’s endorsement. Entertainment and parody do not remove the need to comply with applicable rights and platform rules.

Do not use the service for fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving minors. Do not create material intended to humiliate a private person or misrepresent consequential events.

Inputs and music

Do not upload identity documents, confidential information or material you are not authorized to disclose to the processing services. Your ability to generate a result does not prove permission to publish its music, underlying references or depicted likeness.

Review both image and sound. Obtain any additional permissions needed for your intended audience or commercial use. We make no blanket promise that every generated output is legally cleared.

Service integrity

Do not attempt to access another user’s records, bypass credit accounting, exploit upload endpoints or interfere with service operation. Account history and media links must be handled responsibly.
